Kay County Amateur Radio Club
The KCARC VE Team has implemented a pre-registration only session schedule. This means that any prospective examinee must PRE-REGISTER for any of our scheduled sessions. The purpose behind this change is to make more efficient use of our smaller VE Team.
All examinees must pre-register with KK5GY one week in advance of their target session. If no pre-registrations are received one week in advance, the session will be canceled.
A pre-registration consists of two things: 1) advising KK5GY that you will be attending the session and 2) advising what elements you plan to take. No upfront paperwork or payments are necessary. Pre-registrations later than one week prior to the session will not be accepted UNLESS others have already pre-registered and the session is a go.
