The Kay County Amateur Radio Club supports the activities of Amateur Radio ("Ham") operators throughout Kay County and the North Central Oklahoma area including Ponca City, Shidler, Tonkawa, Newkirk, and Blackwell.

KCARC operates three open FM repeaters located in the Ponca City, Oklahoma area. If you are a licensed Amateur Radio operator, join us on the air!  Our repeaters are on 146.970 MHz (No PL), 146.730 MHz (No PL). This repeater is linked to the Kan-Okla InterTie System. We also operate a UHF repeater on 444.700 MHz (PL 88.5). This repeater is part of the TARC UHF Linked System which covers about 50,000 square miles of eastern Oklahoma, the southern edge of Kansas and western Arkansas. All repeaters are open to all licensed Hams .

Club meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM.  Meetings will be held at the RCB Motor Bank located at #2 Lake Road, in Ponca City.  In addition, the club also holds a monthly Club Breakfast. The breakfast is held on the first Saturday morning of each month, 8:00 a.m. at Cobb's Cafe in Blackwell.
